Cadence, a Travel Agency, in Partnership With Spotnana

Cadence, a travel agency formed 30 years ago, announced a new partnership with Spotnana, a provider of modern travel infrastructure. The collaboration, according to the announcement, is set to “elevate meeting, incentive and business travel programs, combining Cadence’s expertise with Spotnana’s modern technology to deliver seamless travel for every client.”

Whether travelers prefer leveraging innovative technology or relying on 24/7 concierge travel management support, said the announcement, “the goal is to empower clients while staying true to Cadence’s core company values of care and support.”

Chardell Robinson, vice president of corporate sales and account management at Cadence, said the agency “really takes the time to listen to our clients and stay connected to what’s going on around us — we’ve got our finger on the pulse, which is a key reason why we decided to partner with Spotnana,”

With the combination of Spotnana offering self-service tools and Cadence’s business travel; and meeting and incentive teams, said the announcement, “this flexibility ensures the right level of service for every need.”

Through the partnership, said Sarosh Waghmar, chief product officer for Spotnana, Cadence “gains access to Spotnana’s extensive suite of capabilities for improving customer experiences, reducing servicing costs, and accelerating innovation.” Through the partnership, he said, Cadence’s clients, including small to mid-size businesses and meeting planners, “benefit from a simplified way to book and manage travel.”
