London – 1 Hotel Mayfair has opened, the first European property for the sustainability-focused brand. Located on Berkeley Street overlooking green Park, the 181-room hotel offers a restaurant, several bars and lounges, a wellness area and an electric car available for guests to use.

Bangkok – Innside by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit has opened with 208 rooms in the On Nut neighborhood a 30-minute ride from Suvarnabhumi Airport and near the city’s largest convention center, BITEC. Amenities include a large co-working space on the 32nd floor, three food and beverage outlets, an infinity pool alongside a rooftop terrace and a 24-hour gym.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabi – Holiday Inn Riyadh The Business District has opened with 138 rooms 10 minutes from King Khalid International Airport. It features the brand’s Open Lobby, a communal space for working, coffee and meetings. Amenities include two pools a gym, and versatile meeting spaces. Rooms feature large TVs and free WiFi.
Shenzhen, China – The 300-room Conrad Shenzhen has opened in the city’s Qianhai business district, 25 minutes from the international aiport and steps from a metro station. The property has several restaurants and lounges, 23,680 square feet of meeting space.
