Spotnana, a business travel platform, announced a partnership with Cleartrip, which, according to the announcement, is India’s fastest-growing online travel technology company.

Through a direct integration to Cleartrip’s API, Spotnana’s customers and partners can now access local airline content for the Indian market, including content from low-cost carriers in India such as IndiGo, Air India Express, SpiceJet and Akasa Air.

Sarosh Waghmar, chief product officer of Spotnana, said India is one of the fastest-growing travel markets in the world, and it has always been the company’s goal to provide partners and customers with access to the most comprehensive global travel content.

By partnering with Cleartrip, said Waghmar, “we can deliver extensive travel content in India to meet the rising demand for domestic offerings.” Spotnana’s direct integration with Cleartrip’s API, said the announcement, supports multi-source airline bookings, enabling travelers and agents to create a single itinerary that includes flights from Cleartrip and other content sources, including Spotnana’s direct integrations with top airlines.

Additional features of the integration include negotiated rates, ancillaries, self-service cancellations and GST (goods and services) tax compliance.

Anuj Rathi, chief business and growth officer for Cleartrip, said his company’s API “will provide Spotnana with full access to various airlines in India, offering greater choice and value to their partners and customers.”
